Whilst this is not the traditional finca we normally prefer, it is such a remarkable house with a certain minimalist style, that we fell in love with it and had to include it. It is situated in a very convenient position just outside Alcudia in a quiet residential area of Bonaires and only 200m from the sea, which overlooks the Bay of Pollensa.

From the moment you walk inside the house, you have a feeling of light and spaciousness. Of an unusual but distinctive design, the downstairs consists of three Double bedrooms, one with single sofa bed and one with ensuite Jacuzzi bathroom. One single bedroom suitable for child and one full bathroom. The very spacious kitchen which is open plan to the dining area is very well equipped with fridge freezer (with ice dispenser), dishwasher, large oven, hob and grill top. Doors lead to lower delightful terrace area with barbeque and swimming pool

Upstairs you will find another bathroom, a further well equipped kitchen and a spectacular lounge and dining area. The windows scan from floor to ceiling, so the light here is fantastic. Doors lead to upper terrace area which partially surrounds the upper level.

There is also a utility area on the lower ground floor and a huge underground garage. The house has central heating and air conditioning so will make an excellent choice for a winter or summer holiday (supplement payable for heating/air-conditioning)
